List of documents needed for import of canine frozen semen in the Netherlands

• 1Commercial Invoice for transport (can be supplied by VCK logistics)
• 2Veterinary Health Certificate of Frozen Canine Semen
• 3State Vet Signature and Stamp confirming 2
• 4Copy of pedigree of dog and if possible DNA Document
• 5Copy of vaccination passport with regular vaccinations
• 6Rabies vaccination
• 7Brucella Canis free document (officially not required!)
• 8Document for the transfer of ownership
• 9Semen evaluation report after thawing and the number of breeding units sent
• 10Thawing Procedure and Insemination advice
